Geneva Place on the Fox River
Geneva’s Newest Retirement Community

Dan Dolan, Manager of Geneva Place, LLC and HPD Cambridge, Inc., are pleased to announce that marketing has begun for a new retirement community in downtown Geneva, Geneva Place on the Fox River. Geneva Place is designed and planned for the discriminating senior in Geneva and surrounding communities.

Dan Dolan has been with Dolan & Murphy, Inc. for many years. The firm has been a part of the Aurora community and Fox River Valley for nearly 40 years, specializing in commercial, industrial, and investment properties. The services and expertise of HPD Cambridge have been retained, to assist in the development of Geneva Place. HPD Cambridge is a pioneer in urban senior living, developing retirement environments that are homelike and personal rather than institutional. HPD has been involved in the development of over 125 retirement communities in 25 states.

Geneva was selected for the development of Geneva Place because it is an urban, yet uniquely casual suburban riverfront community. Geneva Place will overlook the Fox River at the corner of Bennett and State Street. The location allows walking access to a drug store, banks, churches of many denominations, a choice of well-known local restaurants, delis, diners, parks, bookstores, gift stores, coffee and ice cream shops, galleries, and other community services in the Third Street Shopping District. Seniors can have an exciting independent life style without relying on the use of a private vehicle in this fabulous location.

Geneva Place will be four stories, with a public restaurant and retail space on the first floor. There will be fifty-three one and two bedroom apartments designed for seniors and their specific needs. Residents will be able to participate in an optional meal program, at reduced prices, in the Geneva Place restaurant. A choice of affordable, attractive financial programs will be available.
