HPD Cambridge, Inc., an industry leader in the development of mixed-use independent-living senior communities, is currently seeking energetic and experienced sales professionals to fill the following positions:

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

• Be familiar with the ownership and its procedures, rules, regulations, and expectations
• Maintain high standards of service and commitment at all times
• Generate leads through community/corporate outreach efforts and special events
• Conduct home sits, or visits in marketing office, use models, display models, or other marketing tools as needed
• Be familiar with all the prospects and future residents
• Follow the prospect retention program
• Know the neighborhood, and what community resources are available to the future residents
• Know the area competition
• Report data to measure the effectiveness of the marketing campaign
• Understand the residency agreement, all resident policies, and all related material
• Understand and use in an appropriate manner the marketing material
• Understand resident handbook and residents' rights
• Be familiar with and understand the building
• Under the direction of HPD, participate in the development of ads, direct mails, all media advertising and associated issues, contacts with the media, etc.
• Participate in public relations, outreach programs, marketing events,
• Be able to work with and/or manage other staff members as needed
